Weekly reports help parents understand what happened in Aletheia without reading every tutoring session one by one.
What Weekly Reports Include
A weekly report may summarize:
- Subjects studied during the reporting window.
- Time spent learning.
- Topics practiced or completed.
- Quiz and flashcard activity.
- Strengths, struggles, and suggested next steps.
- Notable changes in streaks or engagement.
Reports are designed as a parent overview. For full detail, use the parent dashboard to review conversation history and subject progress.
When Reports Are Generated
Reports use a recent weekly activity window. If a child has little or no activity during that window, the report may be shorter or may not include much new information.
Who Receives Reports
Reports are sent to eligible parent or guardian accounts connected to the family, depending on notification settings and account access.
In multi-parent families, make sure each parent uses their own parent account so access and notifications stay clear.
Managing Notifications
Notification options may include weekly reports, billing notices, security alerts, and product updates. To review settings:
- Sign in as a parent.
- Open Settings.
- Look for Notifications or email preferences.
- Update the options that are available for your account.
Some messages, such as security or billing notices, may still be sent even if marketing or optional notifications are disabled.
If a Report Looks Wrong
Check:
- Whether the child used the same profile all week.
- Whether the activity happened inside the report window.
- Whether subjects were archived or restored during the week.
- Whether the parent email address is verified and current.
If a report is missing or clearly incorrect, contact support with the child profile name and the week in question.
