Your parent dashboard is the control center for your family's learning.
Viewing Your Children
From Children or the parent dashboard, each child profile shows key details such as:
- Display name and avatar.
- Active subjects.
- Recent learning activity.
- Streaks, stars, or achievements.
- Quick links to progress, conversations, and settings.
Open a child profile to manage details and learning settings.
Editing a Child Profile
You can update:
- Display name or nickname.
- Age range.
- Grade level.
- Learning preferences or personalization answers.
- Learning accommodations, such as ADHD-friendly mode, dyslexia-friendly font, or reduced stimulation
- Sign-in method, such as PIN or child email account.
- Active subjects.
Managing Sign-In
Children can use family code + PIN, a child email account, or both when enabled.
Parents can:
- Reset a child's PIN.
- Enable or disable child email account access.
- Set or reset the child's password
See Child Account Setup & SSO for details.
Viewing Conversation History
Parents can review tutoring sessions:
- Open the child's profile.
- Select Conversation History.
- Browse sessions by date.
- Open a session to read the transcript.
This helps you understand what your child studied and where they may need support.
Viewing Progress
The progress view may include:
- Subjects studied.
- Topics covered and mastery level.
- Quiz scores.
- Flashcard review history.
- Study guides.
- Stars, streaks, and achievements.
Managing Subjects
Subjects are managed from the child profile. You can add subjects, review placement results, remove or archive subjects, restore them later, and in some cases permanently delete subject-specific data.
See Managing Subjects for the full walkthrough.
Adding a New Child
Click + Add Child from Children. Plan limits count active child profiles:
- Free and Starter: 1 active child.
- Family: up to 5 active children.
- Family+: up to 10 active children.
Archived children do not count as active seats. If your Family+ household needs more than 10 active children, contact support.
Archiving a Profile
Archiving is the safest way to hide a child profile without losing data:
- Archived profiles are hidden from active dashboards.
- Conversation history, progress, and flashcards are preserved.
- Archived profiles can be restored later.
- Archived children do not consume active child seats.
Deleting a Profile
Profile deletion is permanent and can remove conversation history, progress, flashcards, and related child data. Archive instead unless you are sure the data should be erased.
If deletion is available in your account, follow the confirmation prompts carefully.
