The Children page in your parent dashboard is the control center for your family's learning.
Viewing Your Children
Each card on the Children page shows your child's avatar, display name, age range, grade, and assigned subjects. From the card you can:
- Click View Details to open the child's details page.
- Click the gear icon to open the child's settings.
- Click the archive icon to archive the profile.
The details page shows subjects, insights, screen time, Homework Helper activity, recent activity, flashcards, and flagged responses, plus shortcuts to View Progress, Quiz History, and Conversations.
Editing a Child Profile
Open a child's settings from the gear icon on the Children page or the Settings button on their details page. Settings are grouped into tabs:

Managing Sign-In
Children can use family code + PIN, a child email account, or both when enabled.
From the Login tab, parents can:
- Reset a child's PIN.
- Enable or disable child email account access.
- Set or reset the child's password.

Viewing Conversations
Parents can review tutoring sessions:
- Open the child's details page.
- Click Conversations ("View chat history").
- Browse the list of sessions. Each shows the subject, message count, and whether it's In Progress or Completed. Homework Helper sessions are tagged Homework.
- Click a session to expand and read the full transcript.
From a transcript you can also:
- Flag a response from the tutor that seems wrong, confusing, or inappropriate.
- Delete a conversation with the trash icon. This permanently removes that session and its quiz results.
Viewing Progress
Click View Progress on the child's details page to see detailed progress. Quiz History shows past quizzes. Each subject's Curriculum page shows topic-by-topic progress and placement results.
Managing Subjects
Subjects are managed from the Subjects section of the child's details page. You can add subjects, update them from a grade package, review placement results, delete and restore subjects, and permanently delete a subject's data.

Adding a New Child
Click Add Child on the Children page. Plan limits count active child profiles:
- Free and Starter: 1 active child.
- Family: up to 5 active children.
- Family+: up to 10 active children.
Archived children don't count as active seats. If your household needs more than 10 active children, contact support.
Archiving a Profile
Archiving is the safest way to pause a child's access without losing data:
- Archived profiles move to Archived profiles on the Children page, and the child can't sign in.
- Conversation history, progress, and flashcards are kept.
- You can Reactivate the profile later if a plan seat is free.
- Archived children don't use an active child seat.
Deleting a Profile
Deleting a profile is permanent. It removes the child's conversations, progress, subjects, flashcards, and other child data. To delete, open the child's settings, go to the Danger zone tab, and click Delete Child Profile.
